As a famous manufacturer in Chinese filtration field, Haotian Industrial estabilished long term cooperation with universities like Donghua university and technology institutes for developing R&D ability. After a long term of research and test, we has successfully developped the Micro PP needle punched filter felt in Dec. 2006. Micro PP needle punched filter felt now is widely used in titanium pigment plant and aluminum plant to solve the micro particles.
Our factory selects 100D/160 and 500D/120 mixed Mioro-polypropylene fiber from Dupont Teijin fiber Co., Ltd, then composited with basalt fiber adopting advanced international standard and the equipments to produce micro PP needle punched filter felt. The past finished treatment includes singeing, calendaring, adding the basalt coating treatment.
