Product Overview


Dust collection needle felt is a high-performance filtration material designed for industrial dust collection systems. It is widely used in baghouse filters to capture fine particulate matter in industries such as cement, power plants, steel, and chemical processing. The needle felt is made through a needling process that interlaces fibers to create a durable, porous, and efficient filtration medium.

Acrylic: Cost-effective option for moderate temperature and moisture resistance.

Fiberglass: Suitable for high-temperature applications (up to 260°C/500°F) but requires careful handling.
